Ab sofort: Teamleiter:in Produktion (m/w/d) 75-100%

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Leitung der Produktionsabläufe
- Organisation der Produktionsschicht
- Mischen der Rezepturen
- Verschließen der Fermentationsboxen
- Betreuung / Einstellung / kleinere Reparaturen der Produktions- und Abfüllmaschinen

Du solltest mitbringen:
- Teamfähigkeit
- Flexibilität & Stressresistenz
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Lösen von Problemen
- Technisches Verständnis
- Handwerkliches Geschick
- Spaß an der Arbeit mit Mensch & Maschine

Ongoing: Production worker (m/f/d) €520 job

We support our production team for 6 days per month!

Your areas of responsibility are:

  • Preparation of the production process: washing and cleaning the ingredients, peeling and chopping etc.
  • Preparation of the fermentation boxes
  • Bottling of fermented vegetable products
  • Follow-up of the production and filling process: tidying up, cleaning, rinsing, etc.
  • Dispatch processing: packing of pallets etc

You should:

  • Do not be shy and have the necessary respect when dealing with machines (cutting machines, filling machines, etc.)
  • Maintain a high level of personal hygiene
  • Be physically resilient and stress resistant
  • Able to work all day flexibly

Ideal would be:

  • Experience in the food or catering sector
  • Compulsory training in food hygiene according to § 4 LMHV (not a requirement!)
